After watching the movie reading the book had you howling one minute and confused the next. I enjoyed the book but I would advise reading it before you watch the movie.
The book is basically about 2 guys who travel into Las Vegas with an assortment of drugs that would make Pete Doherty cringe. They proceed to take said drugs in copious amounts, mixing them along the way and end up in a variety of strange and funny situations.
They have run ins with the police, hotel workers and casinos to name a few. Everywhere they go they are on something and the book follows their capers.
There are many illustrations throughout the book, just in case your imagination can’t keep up with the hallucinogenic and terrifying journey it takes your on!
